Where are the Paris Masters held?

Since 1986, the Paris Masters have been held at the Accor Arena (Bercy), but this is the last year of that era before the tournament relocates to the Paris La Defense Arena on a 10-year deal from 2025.

The indoor arena possesses three hard courts, with Central Court able to hold as many as 15,500 spectators.

Who is playing at the Paris Masters 2024?

The singles draw in Paris consists of 56 players, with all of the top eight seeds receiving automatic byes to the second round.

Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz are the top two seeds, as they both look to continue their impressive 2024 seasons.

That being said, neither have particularly impressed at this tournament in previous years, with Alcaraz’s best result coming in 2022 when he reached the quarter-finals and Sinner is still yet to surpass the third round.

Despite Sinner and Alcaraz leading the line in Paris, the tournament have been dealt a big blow after record seven-time champion and last year’s winner Novak Djokovic withdrew.

There are still lots of big names hoping to impress though, including 2020 champion Daniil Medvedev, former runner-up Alexander Zverev, US Open finalist Taylor Fritz, Andrey Rublev, Casper Ruud and Grigor Dimitrov.

As well as it being a significant tournament in the ATP calendar, it is also one of the last big chances for players still in contention to gain big ranking points to qualify for the year-end Finals in Turin.

Some of the other players who will still be fighting for those all-important ranking points include Alex de Minaur, Tommy Paul and Stefanos Tsitsipas.

The aforementioned Medvedev is one of three former champion’s returning to the French capital, alongside Karen Khachanov (2018) and Holger Rune (2022).

Wildcards have been awarded to an all-French lineup of Gael Monfils, Richard Gasquet, Adrian Mannarino and Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard.
